How Grooming Mentor Came To Be
Welcome to Grooming Mentor! My name is Märt, and I have been shaving enthusiast for over ten years now. It all started with my brother who gave me for my 20th birthday my first safety razor. It came with some horrible razor blades so for a long time I kept it only for those special moments. During that time while I enjoyed the process of using the safety razor, I considered the whole wet shaving thing to be obsolete. Who could afford the time to prepare your skin and then shave 15 minutes? And still, end up covered with nicks and cuts. Sounds familiar?
Well, everything changed a year later. I had run out of razor blades and needed new ones. I happened to buy Astra blades that gave me the most comfortable shave I had had from my safety razor. The combination with EJ89 (legendary safety razor) and Astra blades was so forgiving that I was baby butt smooth in 5 minutes. Then came the realization that there are various types of shaving brushes. Whole universe of different shaving products. Everything else is history.
During that time I also got interested in men’s classical clothes and accessories. Three piece suites, morning dress, tuxedo, etc. When do you wear these? Are they used at all? What about bowtie and regular tie? Cuffs? Don’t get me started with shoes. With the right accessory, you can raise interest in other people as well impress them. A cologne that suits you can literally make women come to you.

All the content you will find on this site has been planned and edited by me to ensure we meet the highest quality standards. Most of it also written by me. While some writing may and will be done by freelancers, I will overlook their editing to guarantee the quality.
